Summary

4th West is a newly built luxury apartment building located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The luxurious apartments are set right in the heart of the city, blocks from the state capitol, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The brand look uses heavy metals mixed with granite, giving a unique juxtaposition for an elevated urban vibe - think Restoration Hardware. A toned-down earthy color palette set the mood for this high-end look. The custom-drawn "4W" icon is my favorite aspect of this logo; it looks sharp on the signage used on the property.
