
Summary
bp has established itself as a global industry leader for over a century. Several years ago, they identified a need to streamline their workplace marketing and communications to deliver a positive, productive working environment. OurWorkplace was created to solve this challenge.
As the main art director/design lead for bp OurWorkplace Global, I’ve been an integral part of the change for the better within the workplace setting. From digital screens to interactive PowerPoint presentations to Dotdigital and print, I've helped directly impact more awareness and engagement globally through design. One major highlight of the work put in - OurWorkplace Americas communication was reaching a meager 25 participants to their local events. After implementing new custom digital screens, employee involvement was raised to 2,500 per location, quite a turnaround.
