Summary

Modern nostalgia for a bygone era. The Atlantic is a 47-story, 401-unit condominium tower located in Atlantic Station, a sprawling mixed-use development community on 138 acres of land. It is a signature building with striking art deco architecture that rises like a beacon in the sky. The target market - successful professionals, empty nesters, alternative lifestyle couples, socialites. The mood - pioneering, flashy and cutting edge. During this brand exploration I used heavy art deco design elements mixed with a custom hand drawn sans serif typeface. The art deco elements used were influenced by the design architecture of the building. The color palette is flashy and sophisticated with uses of gold and a saturated blue to tie in with the beautiful skyline and sunrise seen from the top of the Atlantic high rise.
