Summary
NoHo Flats is centrally located in Tampa, Florida, and close to the University of Tampa. After the initial discovery session, the building needed to have a younger, more energetic vibe with an upscale look for young, up-and-coming professionals. The brand identity for NoHo Flats utilizes custom, hand-drawn sans-serif typography, which connects to the art deco design that can be found in parts of the city. The red, black, and teal color palette of NoHo Flats gives off a boldness that Tampa is known for, especially in its nightlife. The filigree within the design provides a softer elegance in contrast with the sharp, symmetrical lines found within the logo design.
After the grand opening, within a couple of short months, the sales team hit their target resident occupancy goal.
