The brand identity for Sixty 11th utilizes my hand-drawn, custom serif typography, which gives a playful but elegant and modern feel. The vibrant color palette of Sixty 11th is what differentiates it from sister property 77 12th, which is more monochromatic. The common thread that ties these properties together is the use of the radius in the logo.  

For young professionals looking to rent in the city, Sixty 11th will provide a high-end urban lifestyle. The building is centrally located, with the best features and amenities offered by any apartment building in Midtown Atlanta.
